Butch + Babe's Staff Highlight
Our sous chef, Evan, is one of our newer staff members at Butch + Babe’s. He’s been with us for a few months and was introduced to us by Matt, who’s his roommate.
Originally from Arizona, Evan moved with his family to Massachusetts and now he’s landed in Vermont.
Evan likes to eat any burger, but his favorite dishes at Butch + Babe’s are the ones he makes. For our specials, Evan enjoys rolling pasta because it’s always different and a little bit therapeutic.
Even though he’s only been with a few months, Evan really likes our team here. We’re glad that he’s happy to be part of a team he described as “easygoing”.
We also asked him what his favorite cookbook, which is D.O.M. Rediscovering Brazilian Ingredients by Alex Atala, something we want to check out.
